You may cancel any recurring membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive your benefits until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Unworn, unwashed apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@lumiereclub.co with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost.
Email hello@lumiereclub.co with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
